IT Project Manager (m/f)

CDI, Full-time

    Your profile

    • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
    • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is considered an asset
    • Strong knowledge of IT project management and modern digital environments
    • Good understanding of network infrastructures, cloud environments and cybersecurity principles
    • Organised, meticulous and autonomous working style
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit

    Your responsibilities

    • Manage IT projects from planning through implementation, including monitoring timelines, budgets and quality, while supporting end users throughout the process
    • Contribute to the operational management of projects and ensure the administrative follow-up of related files (contracts, budgets, etc.)
    • Draft, structure and maintain documentation and procedures related to completed projects and implemented software solutions
    • Organise and lead project meetings, coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers, and ensure regular reporting to management
    • Contribute to the automation of workflows while ensuring compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of IT tools, digital processes and internal working methods

    Building Manager

    Your profile:

    • Degree in technical engineering, facility management, or similar field
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
    • Strong technical knowledge in building management
    • Excellent command of French and German, both written and spoken; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an asset
    • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
    • Organized and autonomous working style
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good command of standard IT tools

    Your responsibilities:

    • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring regular maintenance and upkeep work
    • Managing technical incidents and coordinating the necessary corrective actions
    • Coordinating and supervising external service providers
    • Monitoring maintenance contracts, including quality control of services delivered
    • Ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and applicable legislation across all building installations
    • Monitoring energy consumption and contributing to the optimization of energy performance

    Technician / Engineer (m/f)

    Your profile:

    • Preferably with experience in one of the following areas: Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
    • Holder of a technician or engineering degree
    • Proven experience in project planning, as well as in maintenance and renovation works (technical feasibility, tendering, execution, budget control, and final acceptance)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
    • Organised and autonomous work approach
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • Analytical and synthesis abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office and CAD software

    Your tasks:

    • Planning, execution, and management of new construction projects, as well as renovation and refurbishment works within the facility
    • Organising, coordinating, and implementing regular building and technical installations maintenance activities
    • Organising, supervising, and accepting services provided by subcontractors
