Executive Assistant (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze periodic statistical reports
  • Analyze financial statements, margins, costs, and performance indicators
  • Assist management in the coordination and oversight of cross-functional projects
  • Ensure regular reporting to management
  • Monitor internal procedures and propose optimization measures
  • Compile files and draft summary notes
  • Conduct market research and sector analyses

Your profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in economics, business management, or an equivalent field
  • Full oral proficiency in the 3 official languages (working knowledge of English is an asset)
  • Strong written communication skills in French and German
  • Solid knowledge of office software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to show initiative
  • Sense of responsibility and good priority management
  • Analytical and synthesis mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

Technician / Engineer (m/f)

Your profile:

  • Preferably with experience in one of the following areas: Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Holder of a technician or engineering degree
  • Proven experience in project planning, as well as in maintenance and renovation works (technical feasibility, tendering, execution, budget control, and final acceptance)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
  • Organised and autonomous work approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD software

Your tasks:

  • Planning, execution, and management of new construction projects, as well as renovation and refurbishment works within the facility
  • Organising, coordinating, and implementing regular building and technical installations maintenance activities
  • Organising, supervising, and accepting services provided by subcontractors
  • Day-to-day management of administrative, secretarial and billing tasks
  • Manage check-in and check-out for hotel guests
