Your responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze periodic statistical reports
- Analyze financial statements, margins, costs, and performance indicators
- Assist management in the coordination and oversight of cross-functional projects
- Ensure regular reporting to management
- Monitor internal procedures and propose optimization measures
- Compile files and draft summary notes
- Conduct market research and sector analyses
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in economics, business management, or an equivalent field
- Full oral proficiency in the 3 official languages (working knowledge of English is an asset)
- Strong written communication skills in French and German
- Solid knowledge of office software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to show initiative
- Sense of responsibility and good priority management
- Analytical and synthesis mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

Technician / Engineer (m/f)

Your profile:
- Preferably with experience in one of the following areas: Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Holder of a technician or engineering degree
- Proven experience in project planning, as well as in maintenance and renovation works (technical feasibility, tendering, execution, budget control, and final acceptance)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
- Organised and autonomous work approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Analytical and synthesis abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CAD software
Your tasks:
- Planning, execution, and management of new construction projects, as well as renovation and refurbishment works within the facility
- Organising, coordinating, and implementing regular building and technical installations maintenance activities
- Organising, supervising, and accepting services provided by subcontractors
- Day-to-day management of administrative, secretarial and billing tasks
- Manage check-in and check-out for hotel guests
