Receptionist (m/f)

CDD/CDI

Your missions:

• Welcoming and informing customers/visitors
• Selling our products and services
• Managing the switchboard
• Daily management of administrative, secretarial and billing tasks
• Manage check-in and check-out for hotel guests

Your profile:

• Holder of a CATP/DAP diploma (or higher) in administration, sales or hotel management
• Fluent in 3 official languages
• Proficiency in current IT tools
• Good presentation, commercial sense and customer contact skills
